Administration & Referencing

A Holding fee to the equivalent of one week’s rent, per property, will be taken to reserve a property whilst checks are undertaken. This will be non-refundable in the event of the application failing.

Charges During Tenancy

• Amendments to the tenancy agreement will incur a fee of £50.00 (£60.00 inc VAT) (This includes adding or removing tenants from the agreement)
• Should permission for a pet be sought and granted, a fee of £50.00 (£60.00 inc VAT) is required.
• If your rent is over 14 days late, interest at 3% over the Bank of England base rate will be applied.
• Should you lose keys you are liable for the cost at retailers price
