Tenant’s Fees

(ALL FEES QUOTED ARE THE MAXIMUM APPLICABLE)

Administration & Referencing

A Holding fee to the equivalent of one week's rent, per property, will be taken to reserve a property whilst checks are undertaken. This will be non-refundable in the event of the application failing.

Charges During Tenancy

  • Amendments to the tenancy agreement will incur a fee of £50.00 (£60.00 inc VAT) (This includes adding or removing tenants from the agreement)
  • Should permission for a pet be sought and granted, a fee of £50.00 (£60.00 inc VAT) is required. 
  • If your rent is over 14 days late, interest at 3% over the Bank of England base rate will be applied.
  • Should you lose keys you are liable for the cost at retailers price

Early Surrender

Early Surrender. (At Landlord’s discretion) If you request early surrender you will be liable for the Landlord’s reasonable costs to re-market and advertise the property (minimum charge £400.00 (£480.00 inc VAT)), including referencing new tenants (£50 + vat (£60) per tenant, and the inventory/check in and check out. Schedule of the inventory/check in and check out charges are;

Studio £140 + vat (£148) – One Bedroom £150 + vat (£180) – Two Bedroom £165 + vat (£198) – Three Bedroom £185 + vat (£222) – Four Bedrooms + £195 + vat (£234) – Check out £120 + vat (£144) up to Two Bedrooms - £150 + vat (£180) over Two bedrooms.

You will still be liable for the rent until the day a new tenant moves in to the property.
