Excellent communication and feed back from all at the lettings team especially Jason Jacobs whilst finding a suitable tenant for me..
James stepped in partway through a difficult chain, our sale fell through more than once along the way. From that point, he kept us updated with proactive chain-wide summaries rather than leaving us to chase. Communication with him was easy and direct, quick to respond, no friction getting things chased.
Overall, a steady hand through a tricky chain.
We purchased our house via Dean, Director at Slades Southbourne. He was amazing throughout the process, with great communication and ensuring all our queries were addressed in a timely manner and the process went smoothly.
We had a little hiccup due to the seller not clearing out the property fully when we took possession but Dean stepped in to help and the issue was satisfactorily resolved.
I have absolutely no hesitation in recommending Dean and his agency.

We appointed Slades Southbourne to help market our 14 clifftop apartments echo beach. Dealing mainly with Dean and Jack who I can highly recommend, great communication, efficient and very successful in selling a great number of the apartment and many off plan too. Highly recommend.
