Hut 40 is fondly know as 'life begins at' by the family that have owned and used it over many years. Beach huts in Friars Cliff rarely come to the market and when they do they tend not to hang around for long so we advise early inspection to avoid missing out!

Internally the hut measures 8 feet by 7. It has a worktop and storage cupboards across the rear and has plenty of room to store everything you might need for a day at the seaside.
