Description:

A BEACH HUT SET IN AN ELEVATED POSITION ENJOYING UNINTERRUPTED VIEWS ACROSS CHRISTCHURCH HARBOUR TOWARDS THE TOWN CENTRE AND PRIORY CHURCH. A WELL EQUIPPED HUT WITH MANY EXTRAS AND LOADS OF STORAGE.... MEZZANINE SLEEPING PLATFORM... WATER HEATER... LARGE FRIDGE FREEZER... T.V...
Beach Hut 130 Mudeford Sand Spit is located in an enviable position enjoying fantastic views across the harbour to the historic town of Christchurch. An elevated position gives the hut a feeling of privacy and also an unusually large amount of storage space below. From the beach wooden steps lead to a veranda providing lots of space to dine or relax. French doors lead into the hut and there is a single access door at the rear.

Internally, the hut has very flexible accommodation which could easily be modified to suit any taste or requirements.
The kitchen is particularly well equipped with a water heater, oven with separate grill and hob and tall standing fridge freezer all powered by butane gas bottles stored at the rear. A porcelain sink with mixer taps, there are plenty of work surfaces and wide range of base and eye level cupboards giving loads of storage. There is also under floor storage in this area.
A built in cubicle houses a porta potti style loo.

The ground floor living/sleeping accommodation is flexible and currently consists of a single seating/sleeping area as well as a space for further seating/ pull out double bed or even a bed settee to be added if required. Steps lead to a mezzanine which provides further sleeping for up to 3 people.

To the rear of the hut are 4 lockable cupboards which house two Calor gas bottles and more storage space.

Below the hut there is a further lockable storage area which houses a 10ft tender style dingy which will be passed to the new owners along with the hut.

We are confident that hut 130 will attract a good deal of interest and we strongly advise early inspection to avoid disappointment.
