Our team

Founder and Senior Partner. David is a Chartered Surveyor and primarily based at our Head Office in Christchurch. Rarely seen in the office nowadays, David enjoys gardening and walking his Cockerpoo, Charlie. 

A partner since 1997 when he opened Bransgore Office. Jason is a member of the National Association of Estate Agents and the Association of Residential Letting Agents. He divides his time between Southbourne, Bransgore and the lettings offices. In his spare time Jason enjoys playing golf and having days out on his boat. 

Miles joined Slades as a partner in 2008. Miles has over 25 years’ experience in the property industry and is a member of the National Association of Estate Agents. He divides his time between Christchurch & Highcliffe Office.

Mark joined Slades in 1995 and is an Associate Director. He is an Associate of the National Association of Estate Agents and works out of Christchurch Office. Mark is an avid football fan, often goign to the Vitality stadium to watch AFC Bournemouth and keeps fit by playing squash. 

Dean Joined Slades in 2009 and is an Associate Director based at our Southbourne Office. As well as being passionate about his job, Dean enjoys spending time with his wife and his young daughter. 

James joined the business in 2004 and is now an Associate Director at our Southbourne office. James is a big sports fanatic and also enjoys travelling to new places. 

Adam first joined Slades in 2003. He left a few years later to widen his experience before re-joining in 2009 to manage the Bransgore Office where he is now an Associate Director.

Jordan has been with Slades since 2012 and manages the Christchurch Office.

James joined Slades in 2014 from another local firm and is the Associate Partner the Highcliffe Office.

Jason joined the Lettings team in 2012 from another local firm and is primarily responsible for valuations and listings.

Mike started out at our Highcliffe Office before moving to Christchurch where he heads up our Fine & Country Office.

Billy joined the lettings office after he completed his education in 2016 and is based in Southbourne.

Nathaniel joined Slades in 2018 and is an important member of our Bransgore team.

Ben started his career in Auto sales before moving to property in our Highcliffe Office in 2020. He has since moved to our head office in Christchurch for a new challenge. 

Jack joined Slades from a large local independent firm in 2020 and is based at our Southbourne Office.

Alex joined Slades in 2021 and works at our Highcliffe Office.

James joined Slades in 2021 and is based in our sales office in Southbourne. One of our youngest memebers of staff, James is incredibly enthusiastic and a true people person. 

Jo joined Slades in 2001 and is based in our Lettings office in Southbourne.

Margaret is the longest serving member of staff who has been working out of our Christchurch Office since 1993

Another long serving member of our team Margaret has been with Slades since 1994 and now works in our Bransgore Office.

Jeanette joined Slades in 2001 not long after we opened our Southbourne office and still works out of the same office.

Louise has been with Slades since 2013 and works from our Lettings Office in Southbourne.

Mark joined Slades in 2023 and is based in our Lettings office in Southbourne – mark@sladessouthbourne.co.uk

Lois joined Slades in 2016 and works from our Property Management Office in Southbourne.

Sara joined Slades in 2019 and works from our Property Management Office in Southbourne.

Another new member of our team Colette joined in 2021 and works out of our Highcliffe Office.
