We have recently used Slades lettings for finding our new rental property and we have dealt with Ollie who went above and beyond to help us sort all of the fine details out and made the whole experience positive so many thanks 🙂
Slades and particularly Ollie have performed miracles for us. We have been searching for a rental property for 6 months now and due to being self-employed it has been incredibly difficult. Many failed attempts of referencing and rejection from landlords and estate agents alike, Ollie stepped up and took on the challenge (us being the challange) and facing homelessness on Christmas eve he put it the effort and Im very pleased to say we are moving into the new move on the 21st. Special thanks to Ollie specifically for his work.
Slades have been a very efficient and reliable estate agent. They kept us fully updated with any new information about potential tenants and managed to fill our property within just a few weeks. They handled all the reference and income checks on our behalf and offered great support and advice on how to prepare the property for letting. They also took care of notifying the council and energy supplier about the change in occupancy, which made the process effortless for us. Billy, in particular, has been extremely friendly, professional, and helpful throughout.
We’re very happy with the service and would highly recommend Slades to other landlords.
