If you wish to terminate your contract, 6 months’ notice is required and a fee of a months’ rent plus vat is payable by you.

If your tenant purchases the property they are renting, Slades Lettings will be entitled to 1% + vat of the sale price.
Tenant Find Bundle
A set-up fee of 50% of the first month’s rent or £400.00 (£480.00 inc VAT) is required, whichever is the greater
A fee of £150 plus vat (£180 inc VAT) is required to cover the cost of a check out which is carried out by an independent company (if we register the deposit on your behalf)
A fee of £80 plus vat (£96 inc VAT) is required for a check-in. By Law smoke detectors must be tested on the first day of tenancy.
