Hoburne is a more modern residential area with a variety of properties and a holiday park. It is only a short distance to Avon Beach in Friars Cliff, and ideally located for access into Christchurch and beyond, or further afield to Lymington and then Southampton.
Highcliffe Comprehensive is just a short distance away, along with a local convenience store and post office at Sauflands Place. There are bus stops along Hoburne Lane, and larger stores such as Sainsbury’s, Sports Direct, Matalan, along with many more.
