We recently purchased our home through Slades in Christchurch, and the experience was great from start to finish. Jordan was polite, friendly, knowledgeable and respectful, making what can often be a stressful process feel smooth and reassuring, especially as we were located over two hours from the area we were purchasing in.
Communication was a standout highlight - every piece of correspondence was handled promptly, and every promise made was consistently kept. Jordan was genuinely proactive in keeping the transaction moving forward, working to resolve roadblocks before they could turn into real problems. Whenever minor issues did arise, Jordan went the extra mile for us to ensure everything was resolved quickly and fairly.

We were buyers of a property on Slades website and from the very beginning their service were excellent. Ben in particular was very professional. He at no point put us under pressure to get a sale and when we did finally decided on a property that we liked he was very supportive during the long process until exchange of contracts.
