I had the experience of dealing with James from the initial viewing through to purchase completion. James was welcoming, friendly and very knowledgable about the area. Unfortunately we had many hiccups along the way but James always ensured that he responded to all my emails and calls in a timely manor. He extremely very helpful in pushing things along and dealing with the issues that arose promptly, as was his colleague Adam. I would definitely recommend James and the team and will use them in the future.
We used Slades as they had dealt with my Mother's house when she moved to Bransgore, so on her advice we used them to sell her present house. Despite the problems with the rest of the chain the sale eventually went through after a small delay at the bottom of the chain. All through this James and Adam have kept us informed at all times. A very big thank you to both for your great service
