I first met James from Slades, Highcliffe at the valuation of our property, he was professional, friendly and had a good knowledge of the local market. He explained the process and reasons clearly. He set up a Whatsapp group for quick simple communications which was helpful. The more important questions were answered by phone and email and we were kept updated regularly throughout the process.
I wouldn't hesitate to recommend them.
