In the wake of the global crisis, Slades have modified the way we operate as we take responsible steps to ensure the ongoing safety of staff, clients and our wider community.

In accordance with Government requirements all our offices are closed. However, we are still providing key services with partners and some staff working from home.

Our Property Management department is still operating and providing services to landlords and tenants.

We are still managing and progressing sales where possible, liaising with sellers, purchasers and solicitors

We have updated our website so that every property now features a ‘virtual tour’ so that properties can still be viewed during lockdown.

We are utilising modern technology such as ‘Zoom’ to provide face to face meetings and remote valuations in readiness for when we can return to work fully.

We will continue to work in line with Government guidelines and look forward  to opening our offices as soon as possible.
