Slades Estate Agents was established in 1992 with our Head Office situated in the heart of Christchurch Town Centre Conservation Area close to the 11th Century Priory and Castle ruins.
Quickly established as the leading independent agent in the area, further offices were opened in 1995 in Highcliffe and 1997 in Bransgore. Our fourth office was opened in Southbourne, a suburb of Bournemouth to the west of Christchurch in 2000, further enhancing our market share in the area.

Team is the largest network of independent estate agents in the UK with 33 member agents locally and 550 nationally, exclusively offering multi-listing of all available properties. In 1998 Slades joined the Team network in order to provide vendors with a local, national, and international marketplace for their property, while still retaining 100% control as an independent estate agent.

The Ombudsman for Estate Agents »
The Ombudsman for Estate Agents (OEA) Scheme provides an independent service for dealing with disputes between Estate Agents who are members of the Ombudsman Scheme, and consumers who are actual or potential buyers or sellers of residential property in the UK. The Ombudsman is independent of the Member Agencies and will provide a free, fair and relatively speedy review of complaints in order to reach a resolution of the dispute.
